National Sarcoidosis Awareness Month is April
THE ORGANIZATION
Our Angel and Inspiration

Starting out as just a small family based support group and mantra for strength and hope for Andrea B. Hubbard, mother of the Director/CEO Samantha Hubbard-Bradley, #TeamAndreaFight was formed. With the passing of Andrea, #TeamAndreaFight, LLC was officially reborn in honor of her strength and spirit. We vowed to fight for any and every one impacted by this heinous disease. Being a fairly new organization we have a long journey ahead of us but we are dedicated to the fight for the long haul! Our goal is to step in and step up where insurance companies fail, pharmaceutical companies lack, and public knowledge is minimal. We want to provide a range of services to help make life more livable for sarcoidosis warriors and their families. Luckily, we have numerous foundations, organizations, medical professionals and facilities constantly conducting research and searching for a cure. On the other hand, #TeamAndreaFight is more about the right now! The people, the fighters, or as we like to call ourselves “sarcoidosis warriors”! Our services will range from assisting with mobility by providing power chairs, power scooters, wheelchairs, and oxygen devices, providing educational information on sarcoidosis, providing holistic and alternative treatment information and resources, to one day being able to assist financially with medical bills! In order to get to that point we must first establish the organization federally, allowing us to become a registered nonprofit 501(c)3 organization with tax-exempt status, which is currently in the works at this very moment. Once this process is complete companies and businesses will be able to get a tax incentive for contributing to our fight!

Board Director/CEO

"Growing up, I had to watch my mother's health slowly decline, though her spirit and life never did! She was a U.S. Army veteran, granted 100% disability, and was blessed to have good health insurance. The things she was able to get through her insurance helped her out a lot! She was able to get computers, magnifying devices, a wheelchair, a ramp for access to our house, a power scooter, and oxygen tanks for free. I also witnessed two aunts battle this disease, one still fighting and one recently passed. I also know they didn't have the best insurance or half of the things my mother had access to. For me, #TeamAndreaFight, LLC is my chance to look out for those that weren't as fortunate as my mother. Also, a chance to explore the many holistic treatments my mother didn't get the chance to use. I couldn't think of a better way to honor my mother's legacy than by assisting her sarc brothers and sisters!"
